Paul is a senior real estate executive who has more than 30 years of experience in investment, development and asset management.

Experienced in building, leading and developing dynamic and motivated teams, Paul has an exceptional track record of fund, portfolio and asset ownership held directly and through joint ventures with global private equity and institutional capital.

Formerly Head of UK and Head of Portfolio and Asset Management at PGIM Real Estate, Paul has also held senior positions at Beacon Capital, Apollo Real Estate, Portfolio Holdings and Drivers Jonas.

Paul has extensive Board experience and served as a voting member of the Investment Committees at both PGIM Real Estate and Beacon Capital.

James is a senior real estate executive who has more than 20 years of experience in investment, development and asset management.

Experienced in origination, deal structuring, James has an exceptional track record of leading teams and delivering strategies for funds and clients on single assets, portfolio and joint venture structures.

Formerly Head of UK Residential Transactions and Long Income at PGIM Real Estate, where he was for 13 years, James has also held positions at Situs and King Sturge.

James is currently the Chair of the Oxford Brookes Real Estate Management Society, overseeing a membership of c.3,500 and leading an Executive and General Committees.
